We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented L&D and Talent Specialist to support our Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Acquisition initiatives. You will play a key role in managing learning resources, coordinating onboarding programs, and streamlining recruitment processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees and candidates.
This role offers a balance of administrative excellence and creative collaboration, contributing directly to our people-focused goals.

What you'll do...- Learning & Development (70%)
-Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is updated, organised, and relevant
-Curate, edit, and upload training materials and resources to enhance learning opportunities
-Support the creation and distribution of engaging learning communications to drive participation
-Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a welcoming and structured experience
-Update and maintain our internal systems (eg. notion, EdApp)
-Help to screen CVs against role requirements to identify top talent
-Schedule interviews and maintain interview process documentation
-Welcome candidates in our London office for interviews when required
-Update and maintain recruitment tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting
-Provide support on ad hoc recruitment projects and events
What you'll need...- Proven experience in a People Operations, L&D, HR, or Talent Acquisition support role
- Comfortable with designing and creating slide decks (familiarity with Notion and G-Suite is helpful)
- Confidence welcoming new starters and running our onboarding sessions in person
- Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver with a passion for people and process improvement
