Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth for Solar MMS products, focusing on expanding market share and meeting revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including partnerships and client relationships, to increase sales volume and market presence.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities within the solar industry.
- Utilize data to shape sales and marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Client Management & Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing technical information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials to increase product visibility and demand.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling product presentations, sales collateral, and case studies.
Product Training & Support:
- Provide training to clients and internal teams on Solar MMS products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Ensure that the sales team is well-equipped with product knowledge and selling points to maximize sales effectiveness.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management, including insights on market performance and growth opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product features, client feedback, and market needs.
- Work with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance for all sales.
