Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Forecast sales trends and contribute to budgeting and resource allocation.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide insights for product and service improvement based on market needs.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and business development professionals.
- Facilitate team training and skill development to enhance performance.
Proposal and Tender Management:
- Oversee the preparation of bids, proposals, and tenders, ensuring timely submission and compliance with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, design, and finance for accurate project estimations.
Event Participation:
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
