Shift Energy Group is seeking an Experienced Client Success Specialist to join our Calgary team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive the support and urgency they need throughout their entire solar installation journey. You will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships, proactively addressing client needs, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities
· Be the primary client contact, providing ongoing support and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
· Oversee project master template. Accurate record-keeping of client interactions, coordinating appointments and activities, managing assigned project tasks, updating and maintaining documentation.
· Proactively manage client expectations and proactively address any concerns, resolving client queries promptly and professionally, demonstrating a deep understanding of solar installations.
· Advocate for the client's needs and interests within the organization.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty, by providing clear communication regarding project timelines, milestones, and next steps.
· Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
· Track key client success metrics and report on client satisfaction.
Role Demands:
Our residential project installations are characterized by their short-cycle nature and high volume. This role demands proficiency in managing numerous projects at different stages simultaneously in a high fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a consistent focus on effective communication for each project.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, communication, customer service) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably B2C experience and home development products, or construction.
· Minimum 3 years of experience with project management and/ or ERP software. Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
· Proven track record of building strong, long-term client relationships.
· Familiarity with the construction industry's standards, practices, and challenges, preferably in relation to solar installations.
· Proficiency in navigating computer software, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
· Diligent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in English is a must.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
· Deeply passionate about solar energy and sustainability.
· Eager to continually learn, grow and hold oneself accountable.
· Demonstrates exceptional work ethic and proactively tackles new challenges.

Working Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
