Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Brand Development:
- Analyze the efficiency of online and offline marketing campaigns, implementing corrective measures for optimization.
- Assist in online media planning, budget allocation, and strategy development.
- Manage Google Ads and social media campaigns, preparing comprehensive MIS reports.
- Contribute to lead generation efforts and branding initiatives to achieve marketing objectives.
Media Planning & Vendor Coordination:
- Invite, analyze, and negotiate quotations from various media agencies.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with media agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Allocate budgets across different advertising channels to maximize ROI and meet regional campaign objectives.
ATL & BTL Campaign Execution:
- Execute 360° marketing campaigns, including TV, outdoor, radio, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Plan, develop, and execute innovative activation ideas, co-promotions, and on-ground marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing Optimization:
- Manage SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns to generate traffic and quality leads.
- Plan and oversee budgetary controls for all digital marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Optimize budget allocation across digital channels to achieve the best ROI.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in Marketing Management or related field.
- Experience: 4–5 years in marketing, team management, and digital marketing strategy.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and preparing detailed reports (MIS).
- Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills for ATL/BTL marketing activities.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Tools & Technology Proficiency:
- Advanced skills in Excel for data management and reporting.
- Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Oversee and manage the marketing team, ensuring high productivity and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment.
- Provide training and mentorship to enhance team members' skills and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress, establish goals, and address challenges.
