The Government Operations Consultant I is responsible for reconciling and tracking the Beach Management Funding Program’s cashflow and budget.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Manages and tracks grants, contracts, and funding appropriations for the Beach Management Funding Assistance Program and as needed for the Office of Resilience and Coastal Protection.
Consult with federal, state and local officials on matters applicable to the program. Provide technical assistance, consultative services and direction for development, implementation, and evaluation in public agencies and local governments with regard to grant funds and agreements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of basic management principles and practices.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or any combination of post-secondary education or verifiable related experience, as described above, for a total of four years.
