Oversees, coordinates and assists in receiving, order processing, shipping, storing supplies and dispatch of materials to ensure effective and efficient operations and material transportation.
Lead a group of Material Handlers in the daily production tasks of the warehouse
Function as a resource for department colleagues and internal customers
Utilize SAP to maintain, receiving, order fulfillment, packaging and shipping of materials to service sites, and project sites
Ensure timely posting of all inventory transactions such as receiving, shipping and stock transfers
Oversee order fulfillment, packing and crating of materials for sites & projects
Able to safely operate all heavy equipment according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures

Frequently push, pull and/or pull up to 35 lbs individually and up to 70 lbs as a team.
Ability to frequently walk, stand, look up/down, balance, stoop, twist, kneel, and bend.
Ability to successfully participate in all training courses.
Ability to hear and see, including the ability to perceive depth and distinguish colors, sufficient to perform job functions and use close range radios.
Able to work in demanding physical and inclement weather conditions.
Comfortable working as part of a team with limited supervisory interaction.
Proficient level use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and other software programs.
Able to work in all weather conditions.
Must be able to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the task, i.e. safety glasses, gloves, face shield, respirator, bump cap.
Must maintain a valid Driver's License and must meet Vestas' Driver License requirements.
Ensure accuracy of kit and container inventories and ensure a safe and clean work environment
Prioritize work of Material Handlers to assign work schedules
Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods to achieve work goals
Complete daily logs
Communicate with interdepartmental staff and support areas
Maintain production or work orders
Perform all operations in a manner which promotes safety
Manage inventories and supplies
Operate forklift trucks, Stock Picker and other warehouse equipment
Supervise kit and container documentation and new kit development.
High school or GED required; on-the-job/other related experience equivalent preferable.
1 - 3 years of experience in tools management and warehousing
Strong leadership skills with hands on "lead by example" approach
Strong knowledge of products and tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to details and the ability to identify and resolve issues with production
Ability to perform under high pressure and changing work environment
