JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in Castillo De San Marcos National Monument, in the Interpretation, Education and Visitor Services Division. MAJOR DUTIES: As a Small Craft Operator, you will perform the following duties: Operating small craft, navigating in a variety of situations and weather conditions. Troubleshooting and maintaining small craft, their operating systems, and associated equipment including vessel trailers and fuel system. Providing formal and informal cultural and natural resource interpretation and education to diverse audiences. Operating a visitor contact station. Performing administrative functions including vessel log entries, daily activities documentation, computer data input, make purchases and track spending, compose, read and respond to emails and messages.
