- Degree in Business Management or Law (a project Management/PMP Certification is a plus) or relevant experience to the role
- At least 3-5+ years' in Contracts Management within the Solar EPC industry or similar sectors
- Solid understanding of Legal Contracts, Compliance and Legal standards with regards to industry best practices, especially within the Solar EPC context.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented, given the nature of the role and contracts involved
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all stakeholders
- A strong ability to identify, Assess and Mitigate Risks in Contract Terms
- Identify, Draft and submit Tender Documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
