As the Head of Sales / Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s overall revenue growth and leading the Business Development team. This senior role requires a deep understanding of the Solar EPC Industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. - 3-5 years in a Business Development or Sales role within the C&I Solar EPC or Energy Storage Industry.
- Deep understanding of the EPC sector is essential
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the senior level
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to work under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of solar and energy storage products, including batteries and commissioning processes
- Financial acumen to engage in numbers discussions and strategic decision-making
- Ability to drive both strategic and operational results with a focus on outcome, not micro-management
- Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales and expand our market share in the Solar and Energy Storage Sector
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts
