JOB SUMMARY
Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a passionate, innovative Sustainability Coordinator to develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives that reduce the organization's environmental impact, improve social equity, and enhance economic sustainability. This role will identify sustainability problems, perform waste stream management, and implement green building practices and green procurement plans for our North American locations.
This is a full-time, salaried position hiring at $48,000 - $60,000 per year based on relevant experience & certifications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with the concepts of CSR, ESG, SDG, and carbon footprint calculations.
- Experience with & understanding of ESG reporting standards and frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, GRI).
- Demonstrated knowledge of certifications in the sustainability sector.
- Authorized to work in the United States of America.
- Proficient in the English language.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of corporate sustainability initiatives and green technologies.
- Knowledge of the Transportation Equipment industry and client needs.
- Proficient in German, Italian and/or French languages.
