Job Description
Responsibilities:
Participation in the performance of energy audits of commercial and residential buildings,
Participation in projects related to the optimisation of energy consumption in buildings,
Participation in projects related to supporting clients in sustainable construction and ESG factor analysis, including the development of decarbonisation plans,
Cooperation with a multidisciplinary sustainability team in CEE and abroad,
Cooperation in the creation of marketing and sales materials,
Participation in internal and external meetings
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience working on sustainability projects, including primarily real estate energy efficiency management, energy consumption analysis or decarbonisation.
University degree in Environmental Engineering, Energy, General Construction or other related field,
Knowledge of ESG topics and willingness to further develop in this area,
Knowledge of energy performance certification methodology.
A mindset to seek new solutions and new opportunities for initiatives in commercial buildings,
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English including technical vocabulary,
Ability to organise time effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of BREEAM/LEED certification processes, CRREM methodology and carbon footprint calculation methodology will be an advantage
