Lead the Charge in Smart Energy Solutions for India and Sri Lanka
SolarEdge, a global leader in smart energy technology, is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team in Bangalore. You'll play a pivotal role in driving market leadership for SolarEdge in India and Sri Lanka, working closely with both our regional and global teams.
About You
We're looking for a strategic marketer with a proven track record of success in the B2B space. You'll possess a deep understanding of the renewable energy landscape, ideally with experience in high-tech, power electronics, or the electric vehicle industry. As a collaborative leader, you'll excel at working across departments and time zones, seamlessly connecting with our headquarters marketing team in fluent English, our primary language of communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position SolarEdge as the #1 choice for smart energy solutions in India and Sri Lanka.
- Conduct in-depth market research and leverage insights to gain a competitive advantage and propel market share growth.
- Craft and launch a multi-channel marketing mix (online and offline) within budget, leveraging your expertise in marketing automation tools (newsletters, landing pages), online advertising (SEO, SEM, PPC), and web analytics.
- Collaborate with distributors, installers, and developers on joint marketing initiatives.
- Spearhead event management, including exhibitions, seminars, webinars, customer trainings, and customer events, with meticulous attention to planning, budgeting, and logistics.
- Create compelling marketing content across various channels like brochures, case studies, campaigns, sales presentations, and social media platforms.
- Partner with sales managers to understand their needs and implement strategies to drive regional sales growth.
- Work closely with headquarters marketing, product marketing, MarCom staff, and graphic designers to ensure high-quality marketing materials and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
- Industry experience in renewable energy, high-tech, power electronics, or electric vehicles (highly preferable).
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) - essential for effective communication with HQ and international teams.
- Demonstrated experience with marketing automation tools and online advertising platforms (SEO/SEM/PPC/web analytics).
- Proven content creation skills.
- Event management experience a plus.
- Adept at using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Hindi language skills.
