This position is focused on serving our Consumer Loans back-office team and client services team with tier 1 support. Additionally, this role will participate in system configuration, reporting, creation of letters for both areas. The position delivers value add requests to our customers, assists in mitigating risk to the organization by creating necessary controls and reporting.
This position does require some weekend work, occasionally.

- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
- Utilized as a subject matter expert for repeatable process.

- Present materials and reports to a wide range of audiences.
- Work with other analysts and management to conduct analysis and solve problems regarding routine & chronic problems.
- Acquire knowledge in systems and processes.
- Create and maintain the documentation for system functionality, processes, and procedures
- Participate in and facilitate Consumer Loan projects to make improvements within departments.
- Actively participate in projects/initiatives with leadership team
- Train within department for the general and orientation modules.
- Learn basics of and participate in CPI projects.
- Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) & Easy to Do Business with (ETDBW) philosophy.
- Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement.
EDUCATION:
4-year college degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-4 years of experience in an analytical, student loan, technical, problem-solving or project management position. (Required)
- Some experience with database concepts and simple query language (SQL) preferred
- Some experience with report writing tools preferred
– Crystal reports (Business Objects) preferred
- Some experience with project management on small to medium projects preferred

Salary for this position starts at $39,435.09
