Position Title: Document Control Specialist
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Employment Type: 12 Month Contract to hire

Hourly Range: $20-$24

Travel: Local travel. Less than 25%

The Real Estate Document Control Specialist will support the document control team and Project Managers in delivering high-quality materials and ensuring accurate information management for real estate projects. This role focuses on overseeing documentation and workflows related to real estate transactions, property records, and project coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

Establish, manage, and support the documentation process for various real estate projects, ranging from small to large scale.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement standards and procedures for document control.
Communicate document system processes and protocols to team members.
Coordinate documentation with multiple engineers to meet project requirements.
Compile and organize electronic project data books.
Prepare and distribute transmittals to clients and vendors.
Review and process vendor submittals in alignment with project needs.
Package and deliver electronic documents for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Identify and report troubleshooting issues related to vendor and client documentation processes to the appropriate personnel.
Monitor and manage document workflows to ensure timely and accurate project documentation.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support project and real estate documentation processes.
Adhere to all company policies and standards.
