With this expansion, Peak Energy is searching for a Sr. Project Manager.
Sr. Project Manager Power Sales & Marketing Role Overview:
Peak Energy develops, constructs and operates re-energy projects.
Peak Energy is currently in the process of acquiring and constructing several mid-size solar projects in Korea.
With this expansion, Peak Energy is searching for a Project Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing construction, engineering, and asset management for our Power Sales & Marketing business in South Korea. The successful candidate will play a key role in on-site distribution generation with the opportunity to expand into offsite utility-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
Commercial:
- Expertise knowledge of the technical aspects of stakeholder managment to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with the partner organization to align technical strategies and achieve project milestones.
- Owning project management life cycle
Greenfield Project Management:
- Oversee the construction and engineering of greenfield solar projects.
- Manage asset lifecycles, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
Technical Expertise:
- Bring expertise in solar, and battery technologies to enhance the technical capabilities of the business.
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully building multiple solar rooftop projects for commercial customers.
Contract Negotiation:
- Experience in negotiating EPC contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
- Work closely with legal and procurement teams to finalize agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in solar and battery technologies.
- Demonstrated a track record of successfully building multiple solar rooftop projects for commercial customers. Experience with ground mount systems is a distinct advantage.
- Experience negotiating EPC contracts and managing construction projects.
- Senior-level experience in the renewable energy sector.
