What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
As a Junior Calibration Technician, you’ll work with solar and meteorological instruments, conducting pre-calibration checks and office-based calibrations. On occasion, you’ll travel to remote sites for on-site calibration projects. In addition, you’ll maintain equipment, draft detailed reports, and provide quality control support. This role is dynamic, offering a mix of office work and travel, all while contributing to the fast-growing solar energy sector.

What you’ll need
A BEng Tech degree in any discipline, good English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license are essential. Previous experience with data loggers, meteorological equipment, solar sensors, or calibration work is advantageous but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in the field. Strong report writing skills and a keen interest in quality control will set you apart.
