Your tasks
Your most important role is to bring your own fresh view to the table and inspire all involved colleagues with your startup mentality. You are creative, yet solution oriented and can support colleagues in refining their ideas from an abstract first draft to a polished implementation-ready pitch. You feel at ease reaching out to people in your office as well as to colleagues across the ocean. You not only talk in agile but can easily apply it. You will work closely together with the Innovation Leaders across the group, e.g. by preparing and running group-wide virtual or physical meetings, including the necessary follow-up activities and maintaining an up-to-date backlog, helping in market research, drafting internal and external communications and supporting the creation of senior management level reports. In particular we expect you to be engaged in supporting the come about of EEX’ Hydrogen vision jointly with our international partners.. This exciting position will allow for traveling to locations of EEX Group to build new relations and create networks. In doing so, you will actively develop and drive forward the innovation footprint of EEX Group as a whole. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to become better. We call it: the exchange mindset.
You bring along
- Ongoing studies in a Master’s program with a focus on economies, innovation management, suitability ore related field at a University in Germany
- Availability to work as a working student for at least 18 hours per week for about 1,5 to 2 years
- Availability to join the office in our EEX headquarters in Leipzig occasionally
- Good knowledge of MS Office products like Word, Excel and especially in PowerPoint
- Strong organizational talent and self-starter-attitude with excellent communication skills
- Capability to work in an intercultural and cross-border team set up is a must
- High proficiency in English is a must, German or French language skills are considered a plus
