Our partner, a well-known German online platform, is looking for an IT Team Lead - Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility. This is a full-time position in Dusseldorf metropolitan area, Germany.

About the team:

The team is dedicated to designing and enhancing sustainability and corporate responsibility processes for all countries globally.
We focus on developing innovative IT solutions and fostering strong collaboration with suppliers and buyers worldwide to achieve outstanding results

Your responsibilities:

Creating, overseeing, and nurturing your own formed team comprising 6–8 skilled professionals
Crafting a strategic plan for implementing our Corporate Responsibility 2030 Vision
Pioneering and guiding endeavors focused on perpetual process enhancement
Empowering the organization to adeptly adopt novel Corporate Responsibility tools
Skillfully managing relationships with external collaborators and global project team members

Required qualifications:

Academic background in business administration, information science, or Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
Strong interest in Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
Demonstrated ability in guiding teams and overseeing external collaborations
Proficiency in utilizing pertinent frameworks, methodologies, and tools for process enhancement
Strong aptitude for consultancy, capable of presenting intricate information and outcomes coherently, systematically, and logically
Optimistic outlook, coupled with an analytical and solution-driven mindset; relishes the process of instigating and shepherding transformations
Exceptional communication abilities, fluent in both German and English
