Our partner, a well-known German online platform, is looking for an IT Team Lead - Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility. This is a full-time position in Dusseldorf metropolitan area, Germany.
About the team:
- The team is dedicated to designing and enhancing sustainability and corporate responsibility processes for all countries globally.
- We focus on developing innovative IT solutions and fostering strong collaboration with suppliers and buyers worldwide to achieve outstanding results
Your responsibilities:
- Creating, overseeing, and nurturing your own formed team comprising 6–8 skilled professionals
- Crafting a strategic plan for implementing our Corporate Responsibility 2030 Vision
- Pioneering and guiding endeavors focused on perpetual process enhancement
- Empowering the organization to adeptly adopt novel Corporate Responsibility tools
- Skillfully managing relationships with external collaborators and global project team members
Required qualifications:
- Academic background in business administration, information science, or Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
- Strong interest in Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
- Demonstrated ability in guiding teams and overseeing external collaborations
- Proficiency in utilizing pertinent frameworks, methodologies, and tools for process enhancement
- Strong aptitude for consultancy, capable of presenting intricate information and outcomes coherently, systematically, and logically
- Optimistic outlook, coupled with an analytical and solution-driven mindset; relishes the process of instigating and shepherding transformations
- Exceptional communication abilities, fluent in both German and English
