Build Your Orthodontic Career in the Greater St. Louis Area

Amazing Smiles Orthodontics is looking for an ambitious Associate Orthodontist to join our thriving team at our Glen Carbon and O'Fallon, Illinois locations. This is an opportunity to step into an established, successful orthodontic organization with an experienced team, a strong patient base, and the resources to support you as you build a rewarding long-term career. We are seeking a full-time Associate Orthodontist, 4 days per week, who is clinically confident, motivated, competitive, and excited about contributing to the continued growth of our practices.

Whether you're an experienced orthodontist or a recent residency graduate, you'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact, develop your clinical and leadership skills, and build a career within an established organization.

At Amazing Smiles, you'll walk into an established patient base and a proven orthodontic organization rather than starting from scratch. Our practice provides personalized orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults, with treatment options including braces and Invisalign. Amazing Smiles is also a Diamond-Plus Invisalign Provider, reflecting the experience and volume of our clinical team. You'll be supported by an experienced team of orthodontists and dedicated clinical and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on what matters most: taking care of patients, building relationships, and delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.

With the support of Southern Orthodontic Partners, you'll also have access to the operational and administrative resources needed to grow your career without carrying the burden of running the business yourself. If you're someone who wants to practice great orthodontics while being part of something bigger, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
