What You Will Do:

Provide Leadership and Direction: lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers, driving accountability, engagement, and results across the region.
Be Strategic: develop, implement, and monitor regional sales strategies, forecasts, budgets, and growth initiatives to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
Coach and Develop Talent: support team members throughout the sales process, including prospecting, relationship development, negotiation, closing, product knowledge, and margin management.
Oversee Sales Operations: drive CRM utilization, sales activity management, forecasting accuracy, reporting, and performance metric accountability across the region.
Lead a Growing Business: foster a culture of teamwork, communication, continuous improvement, and market leadership within RDO's Emerging Markets Technology organization.

What You Will Need:

Proven Leadership Experience: demonstrated success coaching, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Industry Sales Experience: strong background in heavy equipment, construction technology, renewable energy, solar, or a related industry.
Know Your Market: understanding of utility-scale solar project development, customer needs, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Business Acumen: ability to analyze performance data, manage budgets, and drive profitable growth.
Travel Flexibility: ability and willingness to travel up to 70% domestically.

Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
