About Us

Responsibilities * Provides project management and technical leadership on environmental planning and compliance projects, including those for compliance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) * Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects * Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business resulting from client satisfaction * Consistently delivers profit margins planned * Manages more complex clients and projects * Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such * Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to project risks * Supervise and mentor team members with multiple projects or programs assignment Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Biology, Environmental Planning, Natural/Biological Resource Management or other related field experience * 10 plus years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education with environmental planning and compliance project experience, including those for compliance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) * Environmental Assessment and Permitting experience * Permit application and report preparation for local, state and federal agencies * Experience with the resources and regulatory agencies in Texas * Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills * Solid time management and follow-through skills, with the ability to simultaneously work on and manage multiple tasks / projects with tight deadlines * Valid driver's license is required Benefits Our comprehensive compensation package includes full-time employment company paid medical, dental, and vision coverage; life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, and paid pregnancy disability leave; 401(k)/Roth with company match; paid time off; employee referral and professional license bonuses ETC
