Support the adoption of service virtualisation approaches to reduce system dependencies and increase flexibility.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on environment-related challenges.
Identify and mitigate environment-related risks, issues and constraints.
Influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful programme delivery.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience developing and implementing test environment strategies within large-scale programmes.

Strong understanding of test environment management within complex, integrated technology landscapes.
Experience coordinating multiple environments, systems, suppliers and delivery teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with practical delivery requirements.
Experience identifying and mitigating environment-related risks and issues.
Experience working across multiple applications, integrations and third-party platforms.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience supporting ERP, digital or enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or similar large-scale technology implementations.
Knowledge of service virtualisation concepts and tooling.
Experience working within retail, supply chain or highly integrated enterprise environments.
