About Us

We are a well-established Southern California consulting firm specializing in geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, and environmental consulting. For decades, we have partnered with developers, architects, engineers, municipalities, and contractors to provide practical solutions that support projects from initial due diligence through construction.

Our team is known for delivering high-quality technical work while fostering a collaborative, employee-focused culture where people are encouraged to grow professionally, work autonomously, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

One of the unique aspects of this opportunity is that it is part of a planned succession. Rather than hiring after someone has left, we are proactively bringing the right person on to allow for knowledge transfer, mentorship, and a smooth transition into an established role with long-standing client relationships.
