Description and requirements

Product Sustainability Analyst (Contract)

Role Overview

As a Product Sustainability Analyst, you will turn product sustainability data into clear, customer-ready insights while owning and continuously improving the Power App used to do so. Combining sustainability expertise and low-code application development, you will directly support customers’ need to understand the environmental impact of their Hilti products. Unlike roles limited to system administration, this position offers end-to-end ownership, cross-functional collaboration and the opportunity to quickly translate ideas into solutions.

What you’ll do

You will focus on three areas: delivering product sustainability data, developing Hilti’s award-winning Product Impact Analyzer (PIA) Power App, and supporting its users. You will use PIA to provide CO₂ information for colleagues and customers, while taking ownership of its day-to-day maintenance, user support and planned upgrades. Working with Hilti’s global community of sustainability experts, you will turn colleagues' feedback and changing customer requirements into improvements to the app and the service it enables.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Environmental Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments, particularly SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Entra ID.
Ability to analyse product sustainability data and clearly communicate LCA, EPD, or carbon footprint results to users and customers.
Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective user support and training in English.

What’s in it for you

We really value our people, and we've worked hard to develop a reward package that reflects this, creating your future to be just how you would want it. Some of our benefits include:

Work alongside colleagues from multiple nationalities in a vibrant, fast growing regional hub.
Access to global mobility opportunities and international project exposure.
A caring, collaborative culture built on integrity, trust, wellbeing, and high performance, proudly recognized as a Great Place to Work® 2025.
Structured learning programs, cross functional exposure, and fast-tracked career pathways through Hilti Asia Learning & Development.
Opportunities to work on regional and global initiatives that accelerate your growth.
Modern, flexible work environment in Kuala Lumpur, including hybrid working options (varies by role).
Comprehensive medical coverage, wellness activities, sports groups, CSR and volunteer initiatives, and regular engagement events.
Attractive compensation, performance-based rewards, and employee discounts including access to Hilti tools.
Strong commitment to sustainability and community impact through various initiatives and programs.
