As part of its environmental strategy, the company is expanding its Water Program to improve water efficiency, implement smart metering solutions, and support circular water management practices. They are seeking a highly organized Sustainability Program Coordinator Consultant to support the successful execution of these initiatives across multiple EU sites.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sustainability Program Coordinator Consultant to support the execution of the EU Operations Water Program. The successful candidate will coordinate installation activities, manage vendor onboarding, oversee data integration and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of sustainability projects. This role requires strong project coordination, data management, and stakeholder communication skills within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Installation Coordination

Coordinate the installation of smart water meters and water efficiency solutions across multiple EU sites.
Schedule installation activities with vendors, site operations, and maintenance teams.
Track project milestones and maintain accurate progress trackers across all workstreams.
Conduct site readiness checks, including access requirements, connectivity, and necessary approvals.
Ensure vendors complete all required onboarding and internal compliance procedures before project execution.
Identify, escalate, and help resolve scheduling delays, technical issues, and project risks.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination

Monitor vendor onboarding progress across procurement, compliance, and sustainability platforms.
Support purchase order creation and coordinate documentation between procurement teams, vendors, and approvers.
Maintain vendor status reports, including onboarding progress, contract status, and deployment readiness.

Data Management & Reporting

Coordinate the integration of newly installed smart meters into monitoring platforms and internal dashboards.
Validate water consumption data from multiple sources, including meters, invoices, and site reports.
Monitor leak detection alerts and coordinate follow-up actions with maintenance teams.
Track repair progress and ensure timely issue resolution.
Utilize AI tools and automation to improve data collection, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Program Reporting & Documentation

Support regular reporting on water savings performance against business targets.
Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for program reviews and quarterly business meetings.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, status reports, and shared program resources.
Provide accurate program updates to internal stakeholders and project leadership.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience

Previous experience in project coordination, program management, operations, sustainability, supply chain, or a similar role.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and vendors across different locations is highly preferred.
Experience working with data management, reporting, or operational projects is an advantage.
