What You’ll Do

Grow and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify sales opportunities, conduct effective qualifying calls, and close new business
Visit customers to understand their needs and match them with the right products and services
Meet budgeted sales and margin targets across your assigned customer base
Work collaboratively with branch managers, regional managers, and branch teams
Maintain excellent supplier relationships to support customer outcomes
Promote and contribute to a positive safety culture—identifying hazards, reporting risks, and supporting a safe workplace

What You Bring

Proven sales experience with demonstrated success in business development or account management
Strong communication and presentation skills
A customer‑centric mindset and ability to build meaningful, long‑term relationships
Solid product and industry knowledge—or a willingness to learn quickly
Self‑motivation, resilience, and a results‑driven approach
A commitment to safety, teamwork, and representing our values with professionalism
