This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office/two days remote).

What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:

Develop, implement, manage, and measure key Environmental, Social and Governance and Sustainability programs across the Interactive Brokers Group of companies.
Work with our key internal stakeholders to execute a strategy to achieve sustainability goals.
Build a platform and structure in which information and key metrics on sustainability are communicated to key stakeholders.
Produce reporting consistent with global ESG standards and frameworks, including SASB and the Global Reporting Initiative.
Function as IBKR’s ESG subject matter expert on new trends and regulations in sustainability.
Partner with the HR and Talent Teams on related people initiatives.

5-7 years of work experience in the financial sector and relevant experience in ESG matters or a related field.
Proven track record of building and implementing sustainability programs
Strong understanding of ESG in corporate finance and investing
Experience working with frameworks and reporting standards such as SDGs, TCFD, SASB, and GRI.
Strong project management skills with the ability to structure and advance multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously while effectively managing complex, sensitive data
Excellent communicator across a range of audiences
Experience working with European Union ESG initiatives is a plus.
