What you will be doing

Define component technical specifications and propose technical solutions.
Manage the technical relationship with suppliers (consultations, nomination, and product/process discussions).
Lead technical validations (internal and external) and track development progress at key milestones.
Ensure alignment with the technical roadmap and contribute to the electronic components innovation strategy.
Define technical policies, standards, and business rules, especially for traction battery cells.
Drive continuous improvement of specifications and standards based on benchmarks, project experience, and new regulations.

What we’re looking for

Master’s degree Electric / Electronic or generalist in mechanics with specialization in electronics. Mechanical, industrial engineering.
At least 3 years experience in electric / electronic hardware development. Know-how of their validations and integration within the rest of the systems.
Valuable to have worked in automotive or aerospace environment, managed projects or components, developed batteries or high voltage systems. We highly value multifacetic profiles that can adapt to working in other battery fields such as system engineering or managing the general questions of the battery pack (structure, module, etc.)
