We are looking for a Working Student /Solar, Battery & Heat Pump Innovation (Consumer / B2C)(f/m/d) to join our E.ON Group Innovation GmbH team as soon as possible. If you are interested, please apply online!

A job that inspires

Varied project work in the field of innovation, including the battery, heat pump and PV solutions space as well as all aspects around energy data, often in context with software solutions and customer apps. Driving topics to help our customers better understand and manage their energy.
Conducting market research on customer segments and competitor analysis
Identifying customer needs, validating ideas and conducting of customer interviews
Supporting the tests and piloting of a new customer solution
Supporting an international team in all its project work and the tests and piloting of a new customer solution
Knowledge and interest in decentralized finance as well as blockchain is a plus but not necessary
Calculating business cases
Putting together documents, pitch decks, value propositions for customers as well as help in the preparation of meetings and workshops

A convincing background

Currently a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business or innovation management or equivalent studies with interest/willingness to deep dive into the energy industry
OR
Currently doing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in industrial engineering, environmental science or environmental engineering with interest in innovation and business

*We are open to different fields of study. The most important thing is a willingness and ability to learn about and take on work in a new topic quickly.

Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
German and other European languages are a plus, but not necessary
Knowledge of or affinity for technology, hardware and software and a good knowledge of Office 365 software
Knowledge of or interest in design thinking and innovation business models
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Experience in working with digital collaboration and project management tools, e.g. MS Teams, Miro
