POSITION DESCRIPTION:This position hasholisticresponsibility to ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations and drive theDrinkPAK. This position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all governmentalagency(e.g., DOT, OSHA, NFPA, and EPA) regulations, training, and any other requirements by such agencies, our insurance companies, and company requirements. The EHS Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on all safety, compliance, regulatory and related insurance requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and implement programs, training,practicesand procedures to enhance theDrinkPaksafety culture across all functions.

Ensure a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with federal and state regulations and Company policies and procedures, through collaboration with legal, safety, and human resource staff.

Proactivelyidentifyworkplace hazard evaluations todeterminerisk to employee health and safety. Utilize hazard evaluations to implement EHS programs, procedures, and bestpracticesacross the organization.

Evaluate the effectiveness of the safety programusing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)and makerecommendations andimplement corrective action(s) based on industry standards.

Coordinate the activities of theSafetyCommittee; review and discusssafety needs;provideregulatoryupdates and related safety and compliance information.

Provide assistance toall locations to ensure compliance with safety and environmentalrequirements;thismay include but is not limited to administering testsandcoordinatingrepairs and upgrades or similar tasks as assigned.

Establishes and implementsboth tactical and strategic plans includingobjectives,policies,and operating procedures;monitors,evaluates, and auditsprogram effectiveness; effectschangenecessary for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree inEnvironmental and Occupational Healthor related field or equivalent work experience.

At least 5 to 10years of experience inEHSwithin a manufacturing environment. Experience in Food & Beverage is a plus.Experience developing theEHSfunction is preferred.

Extensiveknowledge of OSHA, DOT, NFPA, EPA, and othergovernmental regulations and laws including OSHA 300 logs and requirements by our insurance providers.

Bilingual (English & Spanish)preferredbut not.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and managerial skills.

Thoroughunderstanding of the policies and practices used in manufacturing.

Ability to set long-term goals and communicate them to others.

Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts toaccomplishgoals.

OSHA General Industry10- or 30-hourtraining coursepreferred.

Demonstrated history of managing multi-site organizations, with a focus on managing high performing inter-facilitylogisticsfleets.

Proven experience motivating and inspiring a team to achieve industry-leading performance.

Self-motivated and self-directed with strong business acumen.

Proven commitment to safety with a clean safety record.

Ability to work actively on your feet for extended periods of time, navigate stairs comfortably, andlift upto 50 lbs.
