The two founders: Paul Wilkens and Jan-Willem Foest, both have their roots in IT-recruitment, and found there was an unexplored niche ready for them to start a business in; the Renewable Energy sector.CGS is a leading staffing agency for commercial and management roles within that sector; the first in the world in this specific niche!The philosophy of CGS is simple.
