This includes an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. For roles that involve direct interaction with learners, registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is also a mandatory requirement.

We are a values driven organisation committed to employing a diverse workforce and fostering an inclusive environment where colleagues are respected and supported to be themselves. We treat every individual with dignity, fairness, and respect.
