Description

Lead from the field. Build strong crews. Make an impact!

KC Harvey Environmental, an Aventia company, is seeking an experienced Environmental Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale transmission, pipeline, renewable energy, reclamation, and environmental construction projects throughout the West.

Who We Are:

KC Harvey Environmental, an Aventia company, is a growing environmental consulting and field services firm headquartered in Bozeman, Montana, with operations across the Rocky Mountains and Northern Great Plains. We partner with energy, mining, infrastructure, and government clients to deliver reclamation, restoration, remediation, and environmental field solutions. Our work supports powerlines, pipelines, mining operations, wind and renewable energy projects, and oil and gas development.

What sets us apart is the combination of environmental science and field execution. Our teams understand the environmental requirements behind the work and have the field expertise to get it done. We’re problem-solvers who take ownership, adapt when conditions change, and take pride in delivering high-quality results for our clients.

Position Summary:

As an Environmental Construction Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day field execution on large-scale environmental construction projects. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position, not a desk-based superintendent role. You'll spend significant time in the field leading multiple crews and coordinating the people, equipment, materials, logistics, safety, and daily priorities necessary to keep projects moving.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, travel-based environment and is excited by the opportunity to work on high-profile transmission, pipeline, and renewable energy projects.

You will serve as a key connection between field crews, project leadership, clients, contractors, and inspectors, helping resolve issues quickly while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, productivity, environmental compliance, and client service.

Travel is a core part of this position. Projects may require extended assignments in remote locations throughout Nevada, Idaho, and surrounding regions. Housing and per diem are provided for qualifying assignments.
