Arcon Equipment Co., a subsidiary of All Lift Service Company, is hiring a motivated Industrial Battery & Charger Service Technician to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll perform planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial batteries and battery charging systems — both in our shop and at customer locations. Battery and charger experience is a plus, but what matters most is dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We'll train the right person.

What You'll Do

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on industrial batteries and chargers
Diagnose and repair battery and charging system issues
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment in the field and in the shop
Complete accurate service reports and communicate findings clearly with customers
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Represent Arcon Equipment Co. with outstanding customer service

What You Bring

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment
Battery and charger experience is a plus, but not required
Your own hand tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to grow

Schedule & Pay

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
40+ hours per week with overtime available
Weekly pay — $25–$32/hour based on experience
