Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree

Assistant Manager: 4-6 years banking experience.

Credit experience is a must

Developing communication materials for staff regarding bank’s sustainability goals.
Tracking sustainability strategies’ financial efficiency.
Researching ways that a company can reduce its carbon footprint.
Writing reports that detail the results and evaluations of research; presenting that information to management with recommendations for research-based modifications.
Collaborating with various departments to incorporate sustainability practices and set environmental conservation goals

Conducting training sessions and workshops on sustainability practices and policies for bank employees.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the bank's sustainability strategy, as well as sustainable finance.

·Assisting in the development and implementation of the bank's sustainability strategy, including goals, metrics, and reporting.

·Supporting the integration of sustainability considerations into financial decision-making processes, such as risk management and product development.

·Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainable finance initiatives.

·Developing and managing sustainability metrics and reporting to track progress and communicate impact to stakeholders.

·Collaborating with ADIB Egypt teams to develop sustainable finance products and services, such as green bonds and impact investments.

·Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability and sustainable finance.

·Ensuring that the bank's operations, products, and services are sustainable and environmentally friendly.

·Collaborating with credit and risk management teams to integrate sustainability considerations into financial decision-making processes.

·Developing and managing sustainability metrics and reporting to track progress and communicate impact to stakeholders.

·Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability.

Familiarity with International standards such as – principle of investment, UNEP-FI, GRI, …ETC).
