Initiative involved the historic preservation and adaptive reuse of a dilapidated 27acre showground to create a world-class film studio and entertainment precinct that required overcoming complex legal, political, financial, planning, development, and community barriers and the creation of a sustainable revenue base from property rentals for community environmental and social impact programs.
