About

I have over 30 years of experience as principal of an environmental consulting firm focused on environmental site investigations and soil and groundwater remediation and over 15 years of experience as managing broker in commercial real estate focused on brokerage, permitting, zoning pro forma and project development. This combination of skills and experience gives me a unique understanding of infrastructure, costs, risk assessment and the environment. I am interested in conducting research, consulting and writing about ESG, alternative energy sources, climate change impacts and a sustainable path forward. This would include cost benefit analysis of short-term and long-term investment in sustainable energy and changes in infrastructure. It would also include research into feasibility of alternative energy sources and carbon reduction.

With my education and experience in the field of environmental sciences and policy I have a broad understanding of the subject of environmental site assessment and remediation combined with direct experience in evaluating the short and long-term outcomes of investing in ESG.
