I am a research associate and monitoring and evaluation specialist with master's degrees in global affairs (Notre Dame) and political science (Ateneo de Manila). With experience supporting social and non-profit organizations, I excel in bridging experts and non-technical audiences, transforming scientific findings into actionable policy insights, and driving efficiencies in data management and policy evaluation.
