About
As an experienced senior manager with 25+ years’ experience leading large teams through significant business change, I lead and or support private and public sector C-suite executives, founders, and business owners to oversee strategic change of their service-oriented organisations, eco-systems or industries.
I have knowledge, experience, and expertise to lead as a doer and manager in complex settings with wide ranging stakeholders and interests. I am adept at working with and through complex regulatory change, strategic suppliers and other leads to achieve quantifiable results for organisations. I have experience in leading programmes of work and or departments with budgets that ranged $5 million to $180 million, and $billions in business benefit. I continuously develop my skills and I am currently enrolled at Otago University for a Masters in Sustainable Business to transition to roles that have meaningful positive impact for organisations and the environment.
