Allow me to introduce myself, I’m Curtis’ summary and I just wanted to help give a little more personal touch so you can get to know this third-generation Detroiter, educator, and advocate!

Let us start with the career side of things, because that’s what we’re trying to create together, right? With Curtis, you’re getting a diverse and deep active background with a slew of pertinent specializations including, but not limited to:
- Bringing 15+ progressive years in marketing, communications, and project
management
- Harnessing the power of reciprocal internal and external culture to influence
growth
- Centering goals around community and charity through outreach and
collaboration
- Educating with empowerment while always being open to staying a lifelong
learner
- Cherishing the ability to climb from internships and freelancing to manager
and director roles
- Balancing working full-time through two decades of volunteering and earning
two grad degrees

Even more pertinent, is who they are as a person because that’s what you’ll be chatting most about soon enough. While the fondness for philanthropy, affinity for education, and juxtaposition to justice might be discussed, the most important thing to connect on is that we need more grateful and gracious humans looking out for others and this planet in whichever way we can no matter the endeavor or space.

No matter where they end up, (it would be reciprocally heartbreaking if it’s not with y’all), a little bit of all of this and then some will always be brought and shared:

- Selfish selflessness soaked in sympathy
- Engaging enablement of equality and equity
- Passion for procuring people’s purpose
- Integrating inclusivity and requiring representation
- An adoration for alliteration
