My name is Betret Eustace, and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering. My research interests include Computational Watershed Modeling, Hydrology and Hydraulics, Flood and Drought Mitigation Strategies, Spatial Analysis for Water Resources Management, and Climate Change Adaptation.
I have one year of experience working in Tanzania as a Community Liaison and Water Technician, where I developed strong communication skills and hands-on experience in hydrology and water supply fieldwork. Additionally, I am actively engaged in research on topics such as flood mitigation, drought analysis, and watershed modeling using various computational tools.
