Your duties will include:

Lead and mentor a team of Natural Area Specialists, driving performance and site outcomes
Deliver bush regeneration works using manual, chemical and ecological control methods
Identify, prioritise and manage invasive species across diverse environments
Plan and implement revegetation programs using appropriate native species
Monitor ecosystem health and track regeneration progress across sites
Conduct flora and fauna assessments to support biodiversity outcomes
Restore and protect sensitive environments including bushland, wetlands and coastal areas
Plan daily works and manage team schedules to ensure safe, efficient delivery
Maintain high standards of quality, environmental compliance and site presentation
Complete all required documentation including pre-starts, reports, Take 5s and SWMS
Ensure WHS compliance across all works, promoting a strong safety culture
Conduct regular site inspections, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships
Train, coach and develop team members to build capability and consistency

To be successful in this role, you must have:

A Current Drivers’ licence
National Police Check
Experience in bush regeneration or a related field is required to lead
Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or Bachelors (Highly Desirable)
