We are hiring experienced traveling TIG Pipe Welders for a long-term shipyard project in Port St. Joe, FL. This role is ideal for welders who are confident in 6G TIG welding, flexible with process changes, and looking for steady hours, daily per diem, and fast placement.

Qualified candidates can be tested, cleared, and ready to start within 1–2 days.

Job Highlights:

Up to 56 hours per week
$150 per diem per day worked
Long-term shipyard project
Consistent work with overtime

Onsite Weld Test:

6G TIG test
TIG “all the way” — root and cap

Welders must be prepared for modifications, which may include:

Flux on the cap
Stick & TIG processes
Must also pass a carbon steel weld test

Requirements:

Proven experience as a TIG Pipe Welder
Strong ability to pass 6G pipe weld tests
Minimum of 4 years of shipyard experience
Ability to adapt to different welding procedures
Strong safety awareness and reliable attendance
