Purpose of the role: <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ To support the Company Group HSEQT Director by aiding in the continual <\/span>
<\/p>

improvement of the Management Systems, with a particular emphasis on accident, <\/span>
<\/p>

Incident, Near Miss, etc. reporting, recording and investigations. Scored audits of sites, <\/span>
<\/p>

inspections and guidance for sites, offices, and yards. Behavioural Change and <\/span>
<\/p>

Common Visual Standards Champion. <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

What skills and experiences are essential to do this job? <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Sound knowledge of the construction and \/ or house building industry and the <\/span>
<\/p>

relevant Health and Safety legislation. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Be willing to conduct Continual Personal Development (CPD), to maintain and keep <\/span>
<\/p>

up to date with current legislation, with regards Health & Safety and maintain <\/span>
<\/p>

relevant knowledge. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Possess or currently working towards relevant CSCS Competence card. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Good presentation skills <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Persuasive communicator <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

Main duties of the role: <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Monthly Scored Audits, Periodic Inspections, Investigations and Support for the <\/span>
<\/p>

business units in line with the Common Visual Standards: <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/p>

â¢ Periodic Inspections, Investigations and Support for the following in <\/span>
<\/p>

line with the Common Visual Standards: <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Support the Company Group HSEQT Director with the monthly board report, the <\/span>
<\/p>

companyâs ESG strategy, Group Strategy Board meetings, Pre\-Construction meetings, <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

Management meetings, Director Tours, Company Objectives & Targets and ensuring <\/span>
<\/p>

the highest standards of health, safety and environmental practices are upheld. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Help strengthen the company organisational culture of safety and environmental <\/span>
<\/p>

responsibility. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Support the Company Group HSEQT Director with the development of the Group and <\/span>
<\/p>

Business Unit processes in readiness for ISO external audits and once achieved <\/span>
<\/p>

assistance with the maintenance and internal auditing of the systems. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Support the Company HSEQT Director with the continual development and <\/span>
<\/p>

improvement of Global Hub \/ SharePoint in line with the Companyâs Objectives and <\/span>
<\/p>

Targets. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Represent the business at client meetings and liaise with Regulatory Bodies. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Pre\-Start Service Reviews as required. <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

To be successful in this role i may have experience in these areas: <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Health, Safety, Environmental Management. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ ISO 14001, 9001 & 45001 attainment, maintenance, and continual improvement. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Good communication skills. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Integrated management systems. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Policy development. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Risk, COSHH assessments and safe systems of works. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Relationship management. <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

It would be an advantage to hold the following qualifications <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ NEBOSH General \/ Construction. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ Member of IOSH \/ IEMA or equivalent. <\/span>
<\/p>

â¢ CSCS Card relevant to profession. <\/span>
<\/p>
