Adherence to all mandatory Sanofi and local & regulatory compliance standards and policies including construction safety GMRs, Planet Care standards, GMP regulations/standards.

Manage Hard Services incl. Infrastructure, Electricity, building maintenance, HVAC ensuring Facilities provide a safe & compliant environment.

Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets and forecasts.

Drive continuous improvement, implement key initiatives to budget & schedule.

Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, finance, and operations.

Analyse project performance data to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for improvement.

Ensure that both project (e.g. PowerBi) and financial tools (e.g. SHINE) are updated on a monthly basis.

Leads the sites cross functional sustainability program to deliver Sanofi’s Planet Care targets for CO2, Energy, Water, Waste and Biodiversity.

Manage budgets related to utilities consumption, conservation projects, and sustainability initiatives and identify opportunities to drive cost savings through energy efficiency and water reduction.

Responsible for the commissioning and qualification of site equipment and utility systems.

Real-time performance monitoring (dashboards).

About you 任职资格:

Experience:

Proven experience in Project Controls /on small to medium-sized capital projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
Ability to lead and drive standardization.
Good functional knowledge on business processes
