Description

Lead the development and implementation of the company’s regulatory and sustainability strategies in line with corporate goals and compliance requirements.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and stakeholders to promote the company’s interests and navigate regulatory landscapes.
Develop and execute sustainability initiatives that align with business objectives, enhance the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance, and promote sustainable practices across the organization.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and the board, highlighting regulatory compliance status, sustainability metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Conduct training and workshops to educate employees on regulatory requirements and sustainability practices within the company.
Lead the preparation of sustainability reports and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant frameworks and standards.
Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainability into business operations and decision-making processes.
Benchmark against industry best practices to continuously improve regulatory compliance and sustainability performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, sustainability, or compliance roles, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
Strong understanding of local and international regulatory frameworks, environmental policies, and sustainability reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
