Job Responsibilities:

Inside sales and quotations
Work with Energy Solutions operations manager to forecast sales and determine accurate inventory needs
Perform take off’s and develop Bill of Material from Design Drawings
Quote Solar and EV charging projects
Market and explain the North Coast value proposition
Work with Outside Sales to quote solar projects
Create proposals for customers
Uncover potential customers and make initial contact with key purchasing influences
Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers
Work with operations and warehouse teams to ensure quality and accuracy of deliveries
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications & Expectations:

Experience with inventory and business sales systems
Minimum 2 years inside sales or outside sales in the solar / electrical industry
Very organized, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong work ethic
Team player with a can do attitude
Experience managing a large work load
Experience Leading a Team
MS Office Proficient
Experience with commercial and residential solar sales preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Frequent use of phone and computer
Office Environment
Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
Requires punctual regular and reliable attendance
