Trifecta Services Company is currently seeking a full time onsite Project Environmental Specialist in Ferndale, WV. Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, Trifecta Services Company is one of the largest demolition companies in North America.

The Project Environmental Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing environmental compliance on-site. This includes stormwater control, waste management, dust control, spill prevention, and material handling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science or engineering, with hands-on experience in environmental management in a project setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Stormwater Control and Management:
- Conduct regular inspections of stormwater control measures.
- Implement and maintain stormwater management practices to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Sample Collection:
- Assist the Company in collecting samples for waste characterization.
- Ensure samples are properly handled, stored, and transported.
Waste Management:
- Segregate waste according to waste profiles.
- Manage waste storage, labeling, inspections, logging, and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant waste management regulations.
Dust Control:
- Implement dust control measures to minimize airborne particles.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure dust control measures are effective.
Spill Prevention, Control, and Clean-Up:
- Develop and implement spill prevention plans.
- Respond to and manage spill incidents.
- Ensure proper clean-up procedures are followed.
Material Handling Compliance:
- Ensure all material handling complies with work plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
Inspections/Audits:
- Perform daily environmental inspections and audits.
- Document findings and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Participate in weekly company audits.
- Assist with all other company inspections and audits as required.
